Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Engaged in clinical nursing work in the Department of Anesthesiology or PACU in medical institutions within China for >=1 year; 2.Obtained nurse practitioner qualification; 3.Voluntarily participate in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Nurses who are on leave, away for further studies, on sick leave, or in other long-term absence during the survey period and are unable to participate in the survey normally; 2.Intern nurses, nurses undergoing further training, or personnel not in fixed clinical positions; 3.Those who meet the inclusion criteria but explicitly refuse to participate or withdraw from the survey midway.
