45 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: Healthy control group: 1. Age 45-80 years old 2. Normal diet, no choking or coughing after drinking water 3. Agree to participate in the experiment and sign the informed consent form. Dysphagia group: 1. Age 45-80 years old 2. Diagnosed as ischemic or hemorrhagic stroke by CT or MRI imaging methods, as the first stroke, with an onset time of 1-3 months; 3. Dysphagia was found in the improved Wada drinking water test and EAT-10 screening. 4. Be able to remain seated for swallowing function assessment and treatment; 5. No severe impairment of cognitive function, MMSE > 15 points; 6. Agree to participate in the experiment, and the patient or their family members sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Structural swallowing dysfunction caused by tumors or trauma in the throat or upper esophagus 2. Cognitive impairment and impaired consciousness, unable to cooperate with swallowing movements and ultrasound examination 3. Severe gastroesophageal reflux 4. Previous VSFF examination suggested aspiration or leakage 5. Weak or combined with serious heart disease, serious liver and kidney dysfunction, etc.
