Peer Education group:In addition to attending the courses conducted for the regular control group, also participate in peer education activities led by peer volunteers
Usual care group:Receive regular health education course interventions, mainly focusing on topics such as dietary recommendations for tumor patients during the recovery period, exercise recommendation

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Male or female aged 18 years or older; 2. Diagnosed with stage 3a or pre-3a tumor; 3. Have undergone clinical treatment and are in the recovery phase; 4. Have the ability to use the Internet; 5. Voluntarily participate in this study after listening to the project introduction and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Unable to complete the questionnaire or rehabilitation program; 2. Having cognitive impairment or mental illness; 3. Suffering from other serious illnesses or complications; 4. Have already received similar interventions.
