Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients who have successfully undergone elective or emergency percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI); 2.Aged 18 years or older; 3.Clinically stable with stable vital signs and basic physical activity capacity; 4.Conscious, with basic abilities in listening, speaking, reading, and writing, and able to understand and complete the questionnaire; 5.Voluntarily agreed to participate in the study and provided written informed consent;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with severe organ dysfunction (e.g., New York Heart Association [NYHA] class IV heart failure, end-stage renal disease) or other major chronic diseases with a life expectancy of less than one year; 2.Patients diagnosed with psychiatric disorders or cognitive impairment who are unable to cooperate with the investigation; 3.Patients with other organic diseases that contraindicate exercise (e.g., severe osteoarthritis, active thrombosis)
