Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Healthy or do not have symtemic diseases; 2. No pregnant or breastfeeding; 3. No use of antibiotics, hormones, or immunomodulatory drugs within the past 3 months; 4. No severe dental caries, acute pulpitis, periodontal abscess, or other acute oral infections; 5. Willing to sign a written informed consent form and comply with follow-up
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Participation in other clinical studies; 2. Receipt of periodontal treatment or dental implant surgery within the past 6 months; 3. Have severe systemic diseases (e.g., uncontrolled diabetes, cardiovascular diseases, hepatic or renal insufficiency, immune system disorders) or any other condition that, in the investigator’s opinion, may compromise the subject’s safety or ability to complete the study; 4. Long-term smokers or individuals with alcohol abuse; 5. History of psychiatric or neurological disorders (e.g., depression, anxiety, Parkinson’s disease) or current use of medications affecting neurotransmitter levels; 6. History of allergy to local anesthetics, antimicrobial agents, or study-related reagents; 7. Inability to comply with the study protocol or anticipated loss to follow-up
