Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-45 years. 2. Noise exposure history. 3. Abnormal pure-tone audiometry (air conduction or bone conduction threshold >= 20 dB HL at any test frequency; hearing loss predominantly observed at 2, 4, 6, and 8 kHz). 4. Normal congenital development of the ear. 5. Voluntary participation in this study with signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Abnormal development of the ear (congenital auricular deformity, external auditory canal deformity). 2. Ear trauma history. 3. Acute or chronic inflammatory disease in middle ear. 4. Benign or malignant ear tumors. 5. Auditory neuropathy. 6. Sudden sensorineural hearing loss. 7. Meniere's disease. 8. Congenital hearing loss. 9. Family history of hearing loss. 10. Other conditions deemed by the investigator to be unsuitable for enrollment.
