Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years; 2. Full-time international students holding a Chinese passport; 3. Participants must have sufficient Chinese/Mandarin proficiency to understand the interventions and complete the baseline/post-test/follow-up questionnaires; 4. Provide informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: 1. Currently receiving or have received regular psychotherapy or counseling within the past six months; 2. Have a history of severe mental illness (such as psychosis, bipolar disorder) or risk of suicide; 3. Unable to ensure participation in all intervention sessions and assessments.
