18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age over 18 years and under 80 years. 2. Clinically and radiographically diagnosed with knee osteoarthritis, meeting the indications for initial unilateral TKA. 3. Planning to undergo robot-assisted total knee arthroplasty. 4. Able to understand the study content and sign the informed consent form. 5. Able to complete postoperative imaging examinations and follow-up as required.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Revision TKA or bilateral simultaneous TKA. 2. Severe extra-articular deformity requiring additional osteotomy for correction. 3. Active infection, severe coagulation disorders, or other surgical contraindications. 4. History of major surgery on the same knee significantly affecting standardized measurements. 5. Unable to complete follow-up or imaging assessments. 6. Subjects deemed unsuitable for inclusion by the investigator.
