Treatment group :The treatment group received LIPUS therapy every day from day 5 to day 9 of the menstrual cycle (frequency 1.5 MHz, intensity 30 mW/cm2, duty cycle 20%, pulse repetition frequency
Control group:The control group received standard care. Endometrial blood flow was assessed using Doppler ultrasound before and after the intervention, and pregnancy outcomes were monitored.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Females aged 18-40 years. 2.Diagnosed with infertility or recurrent miscarriage due to inadequate endometrial thickness (<7 mm) or poor endometrial blood flow. 3.Agree to participate in the study and sign the informed consent form
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Allergy to ultrasound contrast agents 2.Severe uterine or ovarian diseases 3.Pregnant or lactating women 4.Other conditions that make participation in the study unsuitable
