Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age =60 years; 2.Residing in the nursing home for =3 months; 3.Barthel Index score =40; 4. Voluntary participation and signed informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Severe mental illness; 2.Acute or terminal stage of disease; 3.Severe cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, metabolic, or renal diseases.
