Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Mechanically ventilated patients over the age of 18 who have been admitted to the EICU and ICU using artificial airway, with the informed consent of the patient or family members.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Airway malformations, airway stenosis; 2. Tracheoesophageal fistula, cuff leak; 3. Patients under 18 years old; 4. Patients with pulmonary infection before tracheal intubation; 5. Patients with severe infection or shock; 6. Patients whose families refuse participation in this trial.
