Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Training set: 1. Female breast cancer; 2. Diagnosis age between 18 and 70 years old; 3. Cases from inpatient and outpatient departments. Validation set: 1. Female; 2. Visiting Peking Union Medical College Hospital due to non-cancer-related symptoms; 3. Without a history of cancer.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Male breast cancer; 2. Any other conditions and social/psychological issues, as determined by the researchers, make the patient unsuitable to participate in this study.
