Intervention Group: Led by nurses, a 4-week home visualization narrative intervention was implemented in 4 phases for patient-family caregiver dyads: "Fateful Assistance, Awakening Protection
Deconstructing Pain, Reshaping Life
Drawing a Tree into a Forest, Reconstructing Life
Letters as Witness, Walking Firmly Forward." Sessions were held once weekly, 30–60 minutes each.

18 Years to 44 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients:  (1) Newly diagnosed with malignant tumors confirmed by histopathology for the first time; (2) Diagnosis duration 18 years, smartphone users, able to cooperate with assessments, with good narrative communication, writing skills, and proficiency in using Tencent Meeting; (4) Voluntary participation in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient Exclusion Criteria: (1) Comorbid with other serious diseases; (2) Confused, non-compliant, or with mental/psychological disorders; (3) Participating in other psychological interventions. Family Caregiver Exclusion Criteria: (1) Family experiencing other major traumatic events; (2) Spouse with mental/psychological disorders; (3) Participating in other psychological interventions.
