18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Pathologically confirmed primary gastrointestinal stromal tumor (GIST) after surgery; 2.Age >=18 and <=80 years; 3.No preoperative tyrosine kinase inhibitor (TKI) therapy; 4.Complete clinical, imaging (CT/MRI), and pathological data available; 5.Signed informed consent (prospective cohort).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Age 80 years; 2.Concurrent other malignant tumors; 3.Incomplete clinical or follow-up data; 4.Preoperative targeted drug therapy.
