Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Male aged 18-25; 2. This is their first time stationed at this altitude and they have not carried out patrol duties; 3. No history of serious heart or lung diseases; 4. Signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Having a history of severe lower limb sports injury or surgery within 6 months prior to joining the camp; 2. Having a chronic disease that affects training.
