Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The condition requires planned lower limb surgery, including lower limb joint replacement and fracture fixation surgery, etc.; 2. 18 kg/m^2 <= BMI <= 30 kg/m^2; 3. No gender restriction, age over 60 years; 4. Right-handed; 5. Able to communicate normally and cooperate to complete cognitive function assessments; 6. Aware of and has signed the informed consent form, and able to cooperate with cognitive assessments, examinations, and follow-ups at relevant time points.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Has a contraindication for or inability to undergo magnetic resonance imaging (MRI); 2.Has a brain lesion or systemic complications; 3.Has a history of neurological or psychiatric disorders or a history of abnormal brain structure; 4.Has a history of substance abuse or alcoholism; 5.Based on educational level, has a MMSE score of <=20 for elementary school education or <=22 for junior high school education; 6.Is not right-handed; g) Refuses to participate in or withdraws from the study during its course. 7.Refuses to participate in or withdraws from the study during its course.
