Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Healthy children aged 8-11 years old who engaged in outdoor activities and had similar dietary intake, and whose levels of vitamin D, calcium (a trace element), and growth hormone were all within the normal range. 2. The guardians agreed to participate in the study and signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Children with any known immunodeficiency diseases and those with diseases affecting growth and development, such as metabolic disorders, hypothyroidism, growth hormone dysfunction, renal function impairment, etc.; 2. Those currently taking drugs known to affect bone mineral metabolism (such as hormones, diuretics or antiepileptic drugs); 3. Those who have participated in other clinical trials.
