Control Group:The same volume of normal saline + 3 mg/kg/h of Propofol+ 1.8 µg/kg/h of Remifentanil
Group Three:Esketamine 0.1mg/kg/h + Cipepofol 0.8mg/kg/h + Remifentanil 1.8µg/kg/h

18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who underwent gastrointestinal endoscopy surgery due to gastrointestinal disorders in our hospital; 2. Patients classified as ASA I-II by the American Society of Anesthesiologists; 3. The patients' age ranges from 18 to 65 years old, and their BMI is less than or equal to 30%.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with liver or kidney dysfunction or electrolyte imbalance should be excluded. 2. Patients who received antidepressant drugs, sedative and analgesic medications within two weeks prior to the surgery; 3. There are patients with contraindications for using certain medications.
