Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: AIS Group: 1. Confirmed diagnosis of acute ischemic stroke by brain CT or MRI between June 2024 and June 2025; 2. Age >= 18 years 3. Time from symptom onset to admission within 24 hours; 4. Eligible residual serum samples collected at admission are available in the biobank; 5. Complete clinical data and 3-month follow-up data after stroke onset are available in the electronic medical record system; Healthy Control Group: 1. Healthy individuals who underwent health check-ups at the physical examination center of our hospital between June 2024 and June 2025; 2. Aged >= 18 years; 3. Eligible residual serum samples collected at the time of the health check-up are available in the biobank; 4. Complete demographic data are available.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: AIS Group: 1. Diagnosis of brain tumor, intracerebral hemorrhage, or mixed stroke; 2. Concurrent autoimmune disease, active infection, malignant tumor, or failure of vital organs (heart, lung, liver, kidney); 3. Use of glucocorticoids, immunosuppressants, or immunomodulators within 30 days prior to admission; 4. Pregnant or breastfeeding women; 5. Missing critical clinical data or lost to follow-up.
