Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with sarcopenia who meet the diagnostic criteria outlined in the "Focus Transfer Consensus Update 2025: From Sarcopenia to Muscle Health" issued by the Asian Working Group for Sarcopenia (AWGS2025); 2. Age >=18 years and have undergone maintenance peritoneal dialysis for >=3 months post-catheterization; 3. Stable vital signs, no significant abnormalities in diet or digestive function, and absence of infectious complications; 4. Normal self-care ability and limb motor function, with the capacity for independent ambulation; 5. Willingness to participate in study interventions, attend scheduled follow-ups, and voluntarily sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Concomitant presence of other severe somatic diseases; 2.Acute clinical events: acute systemic inflammatory diseases; 3.Symptoms of deep vein thrombosis (DVT); 4.Severe edema, osteoarthropathy, etc., rendering patients unable to cooperate with exercise; 5.Patients who have received corticosteroids, nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs), or immunosuppressants within the past 2 months; 6.Patients with comorbid psychiatric disorders; 7.Patients currently participating in other clinical trials.
