Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Healthy active male college students aged between 18 and 25 years, maintaining good training condition; 2. No metabolic diseases or other injuries affecting exercise; 3. According to the American College of Sports Medicine’s aerobic training assessment standards, participants must engage in at least 3 regular physical activities per week for a duration of no less than 6 months, and be capable of completing aerobic tests (such as maximal oxygen uptake tests) without health risks; 4. Participants must voluntarily complete all intervention and testing procedures as required by the experiment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals with a sedentary lifestyle; 2. Individuals with recent sports injuries or at risk for metabolic diseases; 3. Individuals unable to complete high-intensity testing.
