Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with nasogastric tube feeding after oral and maxillofacial tumor tissue flap repair surgery; 2. Aged >=18 years; 3. Conscious and alert; 4. Voluntarily participated in this study and signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe combined cardiopulmonary dysfunction or metabolic diseases (such as hyperthyroidism, diabetic ketoacidosis); 2. Patients with preoperative BMI = 26Kg/m^2; 3. Diabetic patients; 4. Patients with a previous history of chronic gastrointestinal inflammation or ulcers; 5. Patients unable to cooperate with the study (e.g., cognitive impairment, language communication disorders); 6. Patients who voluntarily withdrew during the study.
