Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 18 to 79 years (with an eGFR of 15-59 ml/min/1.73m^2); 2.Clinical diagnosis is renal anemia (Hb: <120 g/L in males, <110 g/L in females); 3.?The patient does not require renal replacement therapy at this time; 4.Take enarodustat, roxadustat, and erythropoiesis-stimulating agents regularly as prescribed by the doctor.??; 5.The patient did not receive roxadustat therapy for 6 weeks;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.?Under 18 years of age and over 80 years of age; 2.Discontinuation of enarodustat, roxadustat, and erythropoiesis-stimulating agents (ESAs) therapy; 3.Initiation of renal replacement therapy; 4.?Patients with confirmed or suspected pregnancy; 5.Active infection, malignant tumor, recent surgery, or history of blood transfusion; 6.Concomitant use of immunosuppressants or anti-inflammatory biologic agents;
