Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with colorectal cancer must have pathologically confirmed diagnosis and sign the informed consent form themselves or through their legal representatives; 2.Healthy volunteers must meet the criteria of having colonoscopy result that show no intestinal lesions and must sign the informed consent form themselves or through their legal representatives.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with major comorbidities involving the heart, brain, vascular system, respiratory system, etc; 2.Patients with chronic diseases such as hypertension or diabetes that are poorly controlled; 3.Patients with other intestinal diseases such as Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis; 4.Patients with mental illness or cognitive/communication disorders.
