Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patient with a histopathologically confirmed diagnosis of rectal inflammatory cloacogenic polyp (ICP). 2.Patient presenting with unique clinical features (e.g., mimicking malignancy) or valuable pathogenic characteristics (e.g., young age without constipation). 3.Complete clinical data available, including medical history, physical examination, surgical records, and follow-up data. 4.Written informed consent obtained from the patient for publication.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Unclear pathological diagnosis, or confirmed other lesions such as rectal adenocarcinoma, squamous cell carcinoma, or condyloma acuminatum. 2.Severe deficiency in clinical data preventing accurate summary of the diagnosis and treatment process. 3.Patient refusal to sign informed consent or withdrawal of consent.
