Interventions

Non anxiety group:Preoperative SAS anxiety score was performed, and those with a score less than 50 were included in the study
Low anxiety group:Preoperative SAS anxiety score was performed, and those with scores = 50 and < 60 were included in this group
Moderate anxiety group:Preoperative SAS anxiety score was performed, and those with scores = 60 and < 70 were included in this group
Severe anxiety group:Preoperative SAS anxiety score was performed, and those with a score = 70 were included in this group

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Orthopedic lower limb surgery patients aged 18 to 65; 2. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) classification I to III; 3. Patients have signed informed consent; 4. Anesthesia method is combined spinal-epidural anesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of severe mental illness; 2. Severe organic lesions of important organs; 3. Allergy to the anesthetic drugs being used; 4. Recent use of drugs that affect mental perception or pain sensation; 5. Patients with sensory or pain perception disorders at the measurement site; 6. Patients unable to communicate normally; 7. Patient refusal; 8. Drug abuse or addiction.
