Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years; 2. Meets the diagnostic criteria for coronary heart disease according to the "Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Stable Coronary Heart Disease" and also meets the diagnostic criteria for diabetes; 3. Conscious and able to communicate effectively; 4. The patient gave informed consent and voluntarily participated in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with other major diseases (tumors, kidney failure, etc.); 2. Those with a history of dementia or psychiatric disorders.
