18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Admitted to the ICU due to acute respiratory failure 2. Patients aged 18–80 years 3. Patients requiring nasal high-flow therapy, non-invasive ventilation or invasive mechanical ventilation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Expected to die within 24 hours after enrollment 2. Duration of respiratory failure exceeding 7 days 3. Pregnant or postpartum women 4. Patients with chronic respiratory failure 5. Patients with mental system diseases 6. Patients or their family members refuse to participate in the study 7. Participation in an interventional clinical trial within the past 3 months
