Cough trick group:Coughing before arterial puncture and catheterization
Local anesthesia group:Before performing the arterial puncture and catheterization, a 0.5 ml injection of 2% lidocaine was administered for local anesthesia at the puncture site.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Sign the informed consent form; 2. Age between 18 and 65 years old; 3. ASA classification I - III; 4. Patients who are planned to undergo ultrasound-guided radial artery puncture and catheterization.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. ASA classification > III; 2. Presence of chronic pain before surgery 3. History of analgesic dependence; 4. Radial Artery Cannulation Contraindications; 5. Anyone with communication difficulties.
