Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Underwent allo-HSCT for hematologic diseases and meets the conditions to receive treatment at the study hospital after transplantation; 2. Diagnosed with cGVHD by a clinical physician (the diagnosis of cGVHD mainly relies on clinical signs, referring to the diagnostic signs of the 2014 NIH consensus, see Appendix 1 for details); 3. Age >= 18 years; 4. Possesses basic literacy and comprehension skills, able to complete questionnaires or interviews in Chinese; 5. Voluntarily cooperates with researchers to participate in the study and agrees to sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Transplant-related information is lacking or data on transplant cases from external hospitals is unavailable; 2.There is a severe active infection, recurrence or progression of the underlying tumor, and the symptoms are primarily driven by the aforementioned conditions rather than by cGVHD. 3.Severe cognitive impairment, acute psychiatric crises (such as acute episodes of mental illness), or other situations that prevent understanding of survey questions or the ability to complete questionnaires/interviews independently;
