Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 years or older; 2. A family member or relative who assumes the primary caregiving responsibility for the patient during hospitalization; 3. Able to read and understand the study information and willing to provide informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Primary caregivers who are paid or professionally employed caregivers; 2. A history of severe psychiatric disorders or cognitive impairment; 3. Presence of a cardiac pacemaker or other contraindications to heart rate variability (HRV) measurement; 4. Inability to complete follow-up assessments after patient discharge.
