Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Spinal cord injury (1) X-ray, CT, MRI and other imaging examinations confirm spinal cord injury; (2) Age > 18 years old and 18 years old and 18 years old and 18 years old and 18 years old and 18 years old and < 85 years old, able to sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Spinal cord injury (1) Presence of unhealed trauma, unstable fractures or surgical incisions; (2) Severe osteoporosis; (3) Obvious unequal length of both lower limbs; (4) Presence of other serious underlying diseases (such as severe heart failure, etc.), and unstable condition; (5) Presence of severe hearing, speech disorders or mental illness, unable to communicate effectively or refusing to participate in the study. 2. Brachial plexus nerve injury (1) Presence of unhealed trauma or surgical incision; (2) Previous existing upper limb diseases affecting daily activities; (3) Magnetic resonance imaging confirms spinal cord injury; (4) Presence of severe respiratory, blood or circulatory system diseases; (5) Presence of severe hearing, speech disorders or mental illness, unable to communicate effectively or refusing to participate in the study. 3. Acute myocardial infarction (1) Coronary heart disease patients with high-risk cardiac rehabilitation stratification; (2) Presence of unstable angina pectoris, severe heart failure, severe arrhythmia or cardiac and pulmonary insufficiency; (3) Presence of severe primary liver and kidney diseases, or infectious diseases, tumors, blood system diseases; (4) Presence of severe hearing, speech disorders or mental illness, unable to communicate effectively or refusing to participate in the study. 4. Stroke (1) Presence of unhealed trauma or surgical incision; (2) Presence of other serious underlying diseases (such as severe heart failure, etc.), and unstable condition; (3) Presence of severe hearing, speech disorders or mental illness, unable to communicate effectively or refusing to participate in the study. 5. Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (1) Airway obstruction caused by asthma or other non-chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases; (2) Congestive heart failure with NYHA classification = III; (3) Presence of severe primary liver and kidney diseases, or infectious diseases, tumors, blood system diseases; (4) Presence of severe hearing, speech disorders or mental illness, unable to communicate effectively or refusing to participate in the study.
