Inclusion criteria: 1. residents in their first to third year of standardized training 2. participation was voluntary

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. absence > 20% or inability to complete assessments; 2. prior participation in similar educational interventions, such as problem-based learning or related studies; 3. refusal to participate.
