Interventions

Exercise snacks group:For 12 weeks, 3 days per week, 5 times per day, 1 minute of all-out stair climbing/bodyweight training each time, with an interval of >=1 hour between sessions, at an intensity o
Weekend warrior group:Power cycling training for 12 consecutive weeks, 1-2 times per week, each session lasting 60-75 minutes, with an intensity of 60%-70% HRmax (4-6 RPE)
Wait-list control group:Maintain a normal lifestyle during the intervention, and after the intervention you can obtain all exercise intervention materials.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 18-25 years old; 2. Sitting for 8 hours or more daily (assessed using the Sedentary Behavior Questionnaire and ActiGraph GT3X); 3. Assessed through PAR-Q; 4. No serious mental, cognitive, or other disorders; 5. Voluntarily participate and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Young people who do not sit for long periods; 2. Currently participating in other health promotion programs; 3. Did not pass the PAR-Q, or have physical activity limitations (such as fractures or musculoskeletal surgery in the past 3 months); 4. Have severe mental or cognitive disorders; 5. Have taken medications affecting heart rate, blood pressure, or energy metabolism in the past 4 weeks; 6. Have uncontrolled cardiovascular, metabolic, or respiratory diseases; 7. Do not agree to sign the informed consent form.
