Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Primary Inclusion Criteria 1. Female subjects aged 25 to 45 years old. 2. Patients diagnosed with stress urinary incontinence by a gynecologist. 3. No prior history of related surgical treatment or rehabilitation therapy for urinary incontinence before enrollment. 4. Voluntarily participate in this study, fully understand the research content, and provide written informed consent. Secondary Inclusion Criteria 1. No additional secondary inclusion criteria.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Primary Exclusion Criteria 1. Subjects will be excluded if meeting any of the following: 2. History of instrumental delivery. 3. History of unplanned cesarean section. 4. History of delivering a neonate with birth weight > 4.0 kg (macrosomia). 5. History of abdominal surgery (excluding cesarean section, appendectomy, and laparoscopic examination). 6. History of gynecological surgery. 7. Comorbid chronic cardiovascular diseases or chronic pulmonary diseases. 8. History of frequent lower urinary tract infections. 9. History of neurological injury (e.g., stroke). 10. History of pelvic or spinal injury. Secondary Exclusion Criteria 1. Subjects with overweight, obesity. 2. Women who have reached menopause.
