Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >=18 years old; 2. Meet the clinical diagnosis of decompensated alcoholic cirrhosis (based on physical signs, symptoms, laboratory tests, imaging or pathological biopsy results). 3. Strictly restrict alcohol intake for patients; 3.Diagnostic basis for liver cirrhosis: The codes in the 10th revision of the International Classification of Diseases, Clinical Modification (ICD-10-CM) are K74.100 and K74.607.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. In addition to alcoholic liver disease, there are also other liver diseases such as hepatitis caused by viral infections, autoimmune liver disease, or drug-induced liver injury; 2.History of liver malignancy or malignancy of other organs; 3.Previous history of surgeries such as liver transplantation, liver resection, liver intervention, and particle implantation; 4.Patients with incomplete medical history or significant data missing.
