18 Years to 50 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Women aged 18-50 years, who are in the preconception period or early pregnancy; 2.Those with a history of adverse pregnancy outcomes or other high-risk factors.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Known presence of other conditions that could lead to miscarriage/placental insufficiency (e.g. chromosomal abnormalities); 2. Currently participating in other interventional clinical trials that may affect the primary outcomes; 3. Those who refuse or are unable to complete follow-up, or whose clinical data are incomplete.
