Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.age >= 18 and = 0 and <=2 points; 6. The expected survival period is = 3 months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. There are other malignant tumors in combination; 2. Expected survival time <3 months; 3. History of drug abuse or drug users; 4. Concurrent mental disorders that affect the treatment received; 5. Previous history of gastrointestinal surgery (such as subtotal gastrectomy, colectomy, etc., which may affect changes in intestinal microbiota); 6. Antibiotics have been used within the past month; 7. Unable to provide informed consent
