Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with asthma or chronic obstructive pulmonary disease; 2. Patients who need long-term use of inhalers; 3. Patients or family members who can assist patients in receiving pharmaceutical services can connect to the hospital's system through their mobile phones and receive push notifications sent by the system; 4. Patient's age that greater than or equal to four years;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who cannot communicate successfully with pharmacists; 2. Patients who are unable to participate in the 12-month follow-up; 3. Patients who also participated in other studies; 4. Patients who have other factors that make them unsuitable for inclusion in the study.
