Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with intestinal metaplasia (IM) confirmed by gastroscopy combined with histopathology, who have undergone at least one follow-up gastroscopy with biopsy during the study period.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Presence of severe chronic diseases, psychiatric disorders, or pregnancy, which may increase the risk associated with gastroscopy. 2.Excessive missing data for key study variables. 3.Medical records with obvious logical errors.
