Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >=18 years old; 2. Patients who are classified as grade I-II during the pre-examination and triage classification when visiting the emergency department, or those who are admitted to the resuscitation room after assessment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnancy; 2. Deep skin or skin lesions, traumas, etc. at the detection site can interfere with CRT measurement; 3. Disability of the index fingers of both hands.
