Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years; no gender restriction; 2. Pathologically confirmed pT1 colorectal adenocarcinoma after endoscopic resection, with negative horizontal and vertical margins; 3. Presence of at least one of the following high-risk factors for lymph node metastasis, intended for additional radical surgery: (1) Submucosal invasion depth >=1000 µm; (2) Lymphovascular invasion; (3) Poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma/signet ring cell carcinoma/mucinous adenocarcinoma; (4) Tumor budding (G2/G3); 4. Voluntarily willing to participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Have had or currently have other malignant tumors (excluding cured basal cell carcinoma of the skin and carcinoma in situ of the cervix); 2. Severe lack of clinical or pathological data; 3. Previously received chemotherapy, radiotherapy, targeted therapy, or surgery for colorectal cancer; 4. Received blood transfusion or major organ transplant surgery within the past 3 months; 5. Other situations deemed unsuitable for enrollment by the investigator (such as mental illness, poor compliance, etc.).
