18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age=18 years old and=75 years old, gender not limited; 2.Diagnosed with primary hemifacial spasm (HFS), consistent with MVD surgical indications; 3.Complete anesthesia records and intraoperative electrophysiological monitoring data; 4.Those classified as grades I-III by the American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA);

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Merge other neurological diseases (such as multiple sclerosis, intracranial tumors, post-stroke sequelae, etc.); 2.Previous history of ipsilateral cranial surgery or trauma; 3.Concurrent severe heart, lung, liver, and kidney diseases(ASA grade=IV). 4. Missing clinical data
