18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients undergoing primary unilateral total knee arthroplasty; 2.Aged 18 to 80 years; 3.American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status classification grade I–III; 4.Preoperative Barthel Index = 60 points, with basic self-care ability in daily life;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients undergoing simultaneous bilateral total knee arthroplasty or knee revision arthroplasty; 2.Patients with preoperative neuromuscular diseases of lower extremities or severe knee deformities that interfere with muscle strength and functional assessment; 3.Patients with severe dysfunction of major organs including heart, lung, liver and kidney who cannot tolerate early rehabilitation training; 4.Patients with allergy to local anesthetics; 5.Patients with coagulation disorders unsuitable for nerve block procedures; 6.Patients with mental disorders or cognitive impairment who cannot cooperate with functional evaluation and follow-up;
