Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Lower extremity osteoarthropathy patient group: Meet the clinical diagnostic criteria for the corresponding disease (e.g., osteoarthritis refers to the "Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Osteoarthritis (2010 Edition)"), confirmed by imaging examinations (X-ray, CT/MRI); disease duration >=3 months; age at onset 40-80 years old; completed at least 1 three-dimensional gait analysis and related tests during hospitalization or follow-up, with complete medical records; clear consciousness and able to cooperate with previous tests (GCS score >= 13 points). 2. Healthy control group: Aged 40-80 years old; no history of lower extremity osteoarthropathy, neurological diseases or gait disorders; normal cognitive function and able to walk independently; no previous surgical history affecting lower extremity function; completed three-dimensional gait-related tests with complete data.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe combined dysfunction of heart, lung, liver, kidney and other organs; 2. Patients with stroke, spinal cord injury, Parkinson's disease and other diseases that cause abnormal gait; 3. Those with missing or incomplete core data such as three-dimensional gait analysis and plantar pressure detection; 4. Those who were lost to follow-up or transferred to another hospital during the follow-up period, making it impossible to obtain complete rehabilitation and clinical data; 5.
