Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Pathologically confirmed diagnosis of colorectal cancer and undergoing enterostomy surgery; 2.Age >= 45 years; 3.Conscious, without severe cognitive impairment, and able to cooperate with the questionnaire survey; 4.Voluntary participation in this study and signing of the informed consent form;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Combined with other severe organ dysfunction (e.g., cardiac function class IV, Child-Pugh class C liver function, etc.) or end-stage disease; 2.History of mental illness or cognitive impairment; 3.Severe postoperative complications (e.g., intestinal obstruction, anastomotic leak, abdominal infection, cerebrovascular events, etc.) requiring reoperation; 4.Expected survival time < 12 months; 5.Loss to follow-up or withdrawal from the study;
