Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Phase One: (1) Expert consultation selection: Holding the title of Deputy Chief Nurse/Deputy Chief Physician or above; having more than 10 years of work experience in the professional field; holding a bachelor's degree or above; voluntarily participating in this study. (2) Scale validation study: Holding the "Nurse Practitioner Certificate of the People's Republic of China" and having completed registration, with legal practice qualifications; engaged in anesthesia nursing work for >= 1 year; informed consent and voluntary participation in this study; possessing normal communication and comprehension abilities. 2. Phase Two: Holding the "Nurse Practitioner Certificate of the People's Republic of China" and having completed registration, with legal practice qualifications; engaged in anesthesia nursing work for >= 1 year; informed consent and voluntary participation in this study; possessing normal communication and comprehension abilities.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Nurses who are only engaged in anesthesia outpatient clinics, endoscopy centers, pain management, and other duties that do not involve post-anesthesia recovery period nursing work. 2. Nurses who have worked less than 9 months in the anesthesiology department in the past year due to reasons such as sick leave, maternity leave, further education, or rotations. 3. Nurses currently mainly engaged in administrative management, research, teaching, or other non-clinical frontline positions. 4. Nurses undergoing further education or standardized training. 5. Nurses who are not on duty during the survey period due to leave, external studies, etc. 6. Nurses with severe physical or mental health conditions that prevent them from completing the questionnaire.
