Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged between 18 and 75 years, regardless of gender; 2.Presenting with Parkinsonian symptoms at initial visit, suspected of having a Parkinsonian disorder; 3.Availability of clinical follow-up diagnostic records for at least one year; 4.Clinical diagnosis meeting established diagnostic criteria (PD: 2015 MDS Clinical Diagnostic Criteria for Parkinson's Disease; MSA: Third Consensus Statement on the Diagnosis of Multiple System Atrophy; PSP: 2017 MDS Clinical Diagnostic Criteria for Progressive Supranuclear Palsy; DLB: Fourth Consensus Report of the DLB Consortium; CBD: 2013 Criteria for Corticobasal Degeneration; FTLD: 2011 International Consensus Criteria for Frontotemporal Lobar Degeneration). All diagnoses were reviewed and confirmed by two corresponding neurological specialists from Huashan Hospital. Cases with diagnostic discrepancies were resolved through discussion by the Movement Disorders Specialty Group of Huashan Hospital's Neurology Department. 5.Availability of both dopaminergic and glucose metabolism dual-tracer PET imaging with accessible images.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Unclear PET images or significant motion artifacts on MRI images; 2.Basal ganglia and/or brainstem infarction or other structural abnormalities on MRI images.
