Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients with ASA grade I-III; (2) Patients with type 2 diabetes; (3) Patients scheduled for elective liver surgery, biliary surgery, or gastrointestinal surgery with an operation time of more than 2 hours; (4) Patients who can cooperate and correctly understand Chinese and express their will; (5) Patients who agree to the experimental protocol and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with a history of severe metabolic disorders, diabetic ketoacidosis or hyperglycemic hyperosmolar state, diabetic neuropathy and diabetic nephropathy, abnormal liver and kidney function, and neuromuscular diseases; (2) Patients with pancreatic cancer or islet cell tumors; (3) Patients allergic to benzodiazepines; (4) Patients deemed unsuitable by anesthesiologists or surgeons.
