Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Confirmed diagnosis of inflammatory bowel disease 2. Age >= 18 and < 60 years 3. Mentally competent and able to communicate fluently 4. Signed informed consent obtained.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Comorbid mental illness or personality disorder 2. Comorbid other severe chronic diseases (e.g., malignant tumor) or severe organ failure 3. Simultaneous participation in other clinical studies.
